Customized Orders
Customized wigs are made according to your selected specifications and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged unless we made an error.

WHOLESALE POLICY
Thank you for choosing NaturalWigsByBella for your wholesale purchases.
Minimum Order
Our minimum wholesale order quantity is 10 wigs.
Processing Time
Wholesale orders require approximately 5 working days for production before shipping.
Large orders may require additional processing time.
Payment
Full payment is required before production begins.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the destination and package weight.
Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale orders are not eligible for refunds.
An exchange will only be considered if the wrong products were supplied or if the products are defective upon delivery.
